Rome

Day 22 - Rome

Maiori, Rome

Friday, 20 May 2011
Unfortunately this morning we have to leave Maiori and the Amalfi coast. 😢
We arrived in Rome and enjoyed a wonderful guided panoramic tour around the famous landmarks of this grand city. This was great, we had about 2 1/2 hours of air conditioned comfort while we took in the sites. If we happened to miss sites because they were on the other side of the bus then our wonderful bus driver Marco, would drive around so we saw them on our side of the bus. This greatly helped with photo taking, however I'm not altogether sure what each photo is of (my camera gps helped a bit but it's not infallible), but they look nice!
